Announcement regarding dividend policy
Further to Cipla Medpro`s results for the year ended 31 December 2009 released
on SENS on Thursday, 18 March 2010, wherein it was stated that no dividend would
be paid for the 2009 financial year, shareholders are now advised that the board
of directors of Cipla Medpro has approved a dividend policy for the 2010
financial year.
A dividend yield of between 1.8% and 2.0%, split between an interim and final
dividend, has been approved. It is therefore anticipated that an interim
dividend for the six months ended 30 June 2010 will be paid to Cipla Medpro
shareholders.
